ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture consultation and treatment includes a comprehensive health history and question and answer session as well as treatment. Needles will be placed in various locations depending on the main complaint and other problems needing to be addressed. The first appointment should take a little over 1 hour, with follow up appointments being 45 minutes to 1 hour long. Usually more than one treatment is needed for best results. I tell people if 3-4 treatments doesn't illicit a response, then it probably isn't for your ailment at this time.

Nutritional Consult- $50.00; herbal formulas vary

HERBAL/SUPPLEMENTS

Chinese medicine's history of herbal remedies is ancient and long practiced. Most herbal formulas used in this clinic are patent teapills or capsules, although custom raw herbal decoctions or powders can be made based on condition. The Chinese also have a medicated diet system, so nutritional and dietary therapy can be added to achieve maximum results. I am also a distributor of Standard Process supplements and find them to be of superior quality and integrity. Certain available testing can be done through SP.
*All formulas will be used in conjunction with or with permission of current medical treatments the patient is currently receiving; I always err on the side of caution.
